I've had billing issues, contact issues, and customer service issues along with delivery issues in a single transaction. I purchased a musical instrument from them and they shipped it to me on time! However, before I even received my instrument I was unable to install the DAW suite that supports the instrument on the computer, so I cancelled the shipment before it arrived. The communication was ok during that period. I was even advised that I should change my computer workstation by Dan Sebastian, and I did, but that was after the shipment went back to the merchant. So I called them to see within how long I would get a refund in order to purchase it again. And Dan Sebastian who called me back from their (718) 522-1071 number spoke to me in a sales manner, which is cool, he nicely promised me that he would have the instrument shipped right back at me on arrival. I even asked him to make sure to follow through and not forget, because I could predict from my past experiences that he could've fail to follow through, and unfortunately I was right. Dan didn't do a thing after he hung up the phone and I ended up waiting in vain.

After a week and a half I contacted the company through email and requested the tracking number of the shipment to see how soon I'd get it. Couple of days later they gave me the old tracking number where it says that the product went back and received by the merchant. So I got a bit frustrated at that point and emailed back to them complaining about the kindergarten, warning already that I may give them the unfavorable feedback if they don't take the matter responsibly, it's been already too long whilst it was extremely time sensitive. After couple of days again I received an email by Cory who said "We would rather not deal with a customer who berate our staff and ask for help at the same time." and that I would see my refund shortly. Fine. I and many musicians can live without proaudiostar. However, I've been waiting and there's no refund nor answer to my emails regarding whether there is a refund or perhaps the item was shipped back at me... Nobody's responding. And finally I had to call my Citibank thanks to my banks strict policy I was able to "chargeback" after explaining my situation. Thanks god there was a solution. I wouldn't know what else to do to get my money back. The store has been ignoring me after Cory's message. I don't recommend our Hollywood musicians to invest at proaudiostar. Because if problems arise the outcome would definitely be unfavorable. They do not value customers!”
