These people are crooks,do not use them!!!!!

I should have done my research on this company.When I first purchased the rebuilt motor from them and it was  time to pay they said they take cash only(red flag #1).It only took about a week and I got my car back,with the rebuilt engine,all seemed well at that time.the service engine soon light was on and the owner told me I had to drive it to blow all the old stuff out.My first year seemed great with it ,At about a year and a half I took it to walmart to get the oil changed and they discovered a leak from the oil pan(refused to change it).

I brought it back to pro auto engines to get it fixed since i had a 36 month warranty on it.After having the car for a week i got it back and all was well so I thought.6 months later the car overheated and I had it towed to pro auto engines where they said I had an air bubble in my coolant line that forced the coolant out.The owner showed me how to bleed it in case it happed again(I had never talked to the owner again after this,a man named andy delt with me from here on).I asked about the service engine soon light and he reset it.

6 or 7 months later I was refused another oil change due to my oil pan leaking again and this time also a rear main oil seal as well(slow leaks)I also had low coolant so I topped it off and bleed the line(I checked to see if my fan was running to make sure it wasnt overheating from that,and it was running).I changed the oil myself this time and and parked the car till we could drive it to the shop.my wife used the car to go to work for a couple days then it overheated again this time blowing a radiator hose(hose wasn't leaking).

I had it towed to pro auto engines where they replaced the hose at no charge and changed the pan gasket,I asked about the oil seal and andy never answered me,I was not given an invoice for any repairs.I also informed them on the coolant loss at this time.1 month later I got my car back and in less then 24 hours the car overheated again,low coolant again.My wife called andy and he said dont have it towed in,just stop and fill with water,so she did.

after another month in the shop andy calls me and tells me my fan went out and blew the headgasket.he replaced the gasket,charged me for the head kit and the used fan,we were not imformed on anything while in the shop,they could not provide us with answers to anything,and when my wife said "this should be covered under the warranty,I did as you said and drove it in".he told her the kit wasnt covered and if she didnt pay he was gonna strip the heads off the engine.

I payed him just to get my car back,and to my surprise a rat managed to get in my car and chew up the seats,this time I finally got and invoice that said "headgasket replace,service engine soon light on.After all this I talked to my neighbor whom is a master mechanic whom quit pro engine sales years ago due to their dishonesty and cutting corners on customers.they're warranty is only good if their mechanics are competent(which they are obvisously not).
