I made a huge mistake by using Pro Books and consulting in Portland.
The owner Deb Byes is very unprofessional. It cost me more time and money than what is was worth.
When I filed my 2012 taxes, I had issue after issue because of the mistakes made by her company.
Do your research and find another company.
