Pro FL Vacation Rentals This company used the bait and switch tatic to get us to rent from them. Kissimmee, Florida

I came accross Pro Fl Vactions on the Florida Vacation Renal website back in 2009 , I was looking for a 6 bedroom 5 bath home for my family of 10. I was looking for 5 weeks December 13th 2009 untill January 17, 2010.

On January 8,2009 I found a 6BR/5B with Pro Fl Vacation Rentals in Kissimmee for $1700.00 for the 5 weeks which I jumped at. I emailed CFVRMA to see if this company was on the up and up and the same day I got a call back saying the company was OK , they followed this up with an email.

I then made a resevation for a property at 182 Hamlet Ct Kissimmee and sent the $300.00 resevation deposit to Pro Fl Vacation Rentals, with the balance of $1400.00 to be sent in October 2009.

Over the next 10 to 11 months  I spoke and emailed RaquelD'Saronno over 30 times asking for information getting updates on the property and straightening out some mistakes by their account department. The balance of $1400.00 was paid on August4, 2009, we all had our plans made plane tickets purchased. I had 6 comming fron NewBrunswick, 4 from England and 1 from British Columbia.

All was well until November 16, 2009 when the 's**t hit the fan' as the saying goes! I got a email to tell we could not have the property because of forclosure? The same excuse as used with Kim from New Bern North Carolina who also made a rip-off report.

Pro Fl Vacation wanted to cancel the whole reservation and return our all our money , which they still to this day have not done. I said this would not do I had 10 others comming in less than a month and the contract said we would get a rental of equal or greater value. Raquel D'Sanonno the Manager then sent out a contract on November 17th for another rental home , this time a 4 BR/ 3B and we could have it for nothing!!?? I agreed even though it was smaller.

On November 17th contacted Judy at CFVRVA who had recommended Pro Fl Vacations in the first place for some help. Judy gave us a lot of great expectatations which ended up being nothing but a lot of hot air and in the end did NOTHING!

On November 23, my son in England looked up Pro Fl Vacation Rentals on Rip-OFF-Com and sure enough here was the very same senerio in July 2009 with a family from Bern North Carolina.

On the same day November 23 Raquel D'Saronno called and cancelled the second contrct and we were left to our own means to find a place in three weeks.

In looked again today and this company Pro Fl Vaction Rentals  still has a web site and I assume still ripping pepople off. How long can this go on ? As for the Central Florida Vacation Rental Management Association  in Kissimmee they were next to useless and gave us wrong information and after we told them about the the Rib Off report and the BBB report they told us they could help and did SFA nothing.

I have reported this RIP-OFF by Pro Fl Vactions Rentals to the Kissimmee Tourist a*s, the Orlando Tourist a*s., The BBB, the Canadian Orlando Tourist a*s., the Atourney General In Florida, the Florida Tourist a*s. and to as many people as I can so this kind off Rip Off does not happen to another person trying to plan a vacation of a life time !!
