After purchasing flowers from proflowers.com I noticed 2 charges on my credit card that I don't recognize. They were both from "EZSVER RW". One was in the amount of $1.95 and was charged to my credit card on the same day of the proflowers purchase. The other was for $14.95 and was billed in my next credit card statement. I did not authorize this company or proflowers to charge my account for any additional items when I purchased flowers. I don't remember clicking on anything that would cause me to receive additional charges.
This is something that should be reported as illegal. Unless there is fine print somewhere in the purchase agreement that says this, it's not obvious to the consumer that they are signing up for this service. I find it incredibly dishonest and will never purchase from proflowers again. There is a phone number listed next to the charge: 8004449800, which I have called, but they were closed because it wasn't business hours. I called proflowers and they told me that Easy Saver Rewards is not affiliated with them so they cannot credit the disputed charges.

Right on Onomous_ann. After finding SIX mysterious "EZSVER RW" $14.95 charges in my bank account statements (ironically this is the same amount that Yahoo deducts me per month for webpage hosting fees) and after doing my Google research and stumbling upon this AWESOME ripoffreport site, I called the 1-800-580-2913 resulting in success! After some patient waiting with the nice and helpful (but somewhat slow) Customer Support at ProFlowers, within ten minutes we both found my ProFlowers.com order number that started the dumb EZ Saver charges and after transferring over to EZ Saver Customer Support, within 2 minutes they agreed to refund me the six months of charges! Now of course I am excited before seeing the credit show back up in my bank account but assuming it all goes smoothly, I owe a big on to both "Amie" and "Onomous_ann"!!!
FYI, you will need to confirm your email address, billing address, ProFlowers order # and possibly other order information to get through from PF to EZ Saver cust. support.

As an employee of ProFlowers, I thought I would take the opportunity to try to clarify our Easy Saver program and the enrollment process. After a customer makes a purchase on our site, we offer them the opportunity to sign up with Easy Saver Rewards, a partner program which offers our customers a multitude of discounts and services. As an incentive to try the program, we offer customers a $15 gift code which can be used on our site.
In order to sign up for the program and receive the coupon, the customer needs to enter their email address and zip code to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions. Within the terms directly to the left of the "accept" button are clearly stated, both the enrollment process and the charge of the program. We always encourage our customers to provide feedback on making this process clearer as our goals are not to have customers entered in a program that they do not wish to be in. Cancelling is very simple; customers can call 1-800-355-1837 if they no longer wish to be part of the service.
I can't apologize enough that when you called our customer service department they told you that we were not associated with Easy Saver Rewards, though Easy Saver Rewards is a separate company we do have a business relationship with them. This misinformation is inexcusable, please accept my most sincere apologies about this error.
ProFlowers takes our customers and their concerns very seriously. We hope that customers reading this email will understand that we are not acting in a malicious manner in which these posts reflect.
Thank you.

Pro-flowers-EZ Saver hidden charge issue

Like others here, I found a charge in my Bank account that I was unfamiliar with, EZSVER RW, for $14.95. I dropped the name into Google and wound up here, which alerted me to the Pro-Flowers connection.
I have been using Pro-flowers for years with absolutely no problem, and was a little surprised to see the complaint. I noticed that the number listed in the complaint was wrong, so I called the number on the website (1-800-580-2913). Like others here I was told by the customer service person that she'd had this call before--unlike everyone else here, she promptly took me into a three way call with Easy Saver and got the charges removed and the account canceled immediately.
I may have just been lucky, the company may have become aware of all the customers that it is losing, or this website may be having its affect. I don't know; but I suggest that anyone who has this problem call the customer service number on the website and see what happens.
I told the surprised sounding young lady about the reports on this site, and she worriedly said that she was formatting an email to her boss even as we spoke. I think this might have been a great sounding deal to the company at one time, but is probably losing its luster as loyal customers bail. Good luck.
