If your trying to make your loved ones day do not use this company, they will just ruin your day.. ordered an arrangement for my wife because I was in the dog house!! Paid extra for early delivery and next day service... supposed to be there between 9 am-1pm no show call and am told they will be arriving that day but they will refund your 4.99 for early delivery then after talking wife into staying home all day to sign for a package I get an email saying can't be processed until rhe following day... I ordered them on the 3rd to be delivered on the 5th and still can't get it right!! Called and was told I'd get another small refund for expidited service... I'm glad these were not for a special occasion or a funeral or something what are you gonna tell your loved ones? No I didn't forget I promise!!! Stick with the big companies with a good rep or go buy a arrangement from a florist and hand deliver them atleast you know they will arrive on time... cuts a huge element of suprise out of the picture though!!! Very dissapointed in this company and will not be using them again.. I hope I've kept someone from making the same mistake... ps refunds take 5-7 business days as well!!
