Upon purchasing the pc pro cleaner program January 7. 2015. I was charged $ 29.95 for what I was told was for 1 year for the license, to use it. On June 30, 2015 I have recieved a notice of an automatic billing from them to renew at $39.95 for six months. I continued to call, but could not personally talk to anyone. 

This was never the agreement that the price would go up and it was for only SIX month, I tried several time to contact them at the contact number for billing and was not successful. I contacted SAFECART because they processed the form of payment for them. They gave me the same number. So I decided to call the same number for new customers and SOMEONE ANSWERED, I used the extention for new sales. Oh they are there to take new business calls, but not to take problem calls. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY, that does not dislose that you are only recieving 6 months of service and the  automatic renewal is higher than what you originally agreed to.
