The only way to contact this company is through the contact page on their website www.prorentalsinc.com.  That's the first red flag.

When I filled out a contact form, they emailed me back within 24-48hrs (see below):

When I replied that I want to book the reservation they replied (see below):
 
Hi,

Please find attached the booking sheet. To make the reservation please sign it, scan it and email it back along with the confirmation of payment. As soon as I have the confirmation from our financial department that the funds have entered in our company's account I will give full booking details including the property administrator's information, who will be waiting for you on your arrival. He will make sure that you check in smooth and with no problems. He will give you the property tour and will be briefing you about all the details. He will be available 24/7 during your stay.

We look forward to welcome you in Fort Lauderdale .

The referenced attached booking sheet stated that a BANK TRANSFER was required as payment.  DO NOT EVER DO A BANK TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR A VACATION RENTAL OR TRAVEL.
