This is Bad Outfit Canceled Order because their Website did not charge me Postage. They refuse to honor the order. Item was paid for and was charged a $4.25 handling fee. I called Yesterday and asked what the deleted meant and they said someone would call back. No one called.  No one called. I talked to the extremely rude Melisa who would not put me through to her supervisor after repeated request.

I posted this on their Facebook Page. 

I called Back and talked to Skip. He claimed to be Melisa's supervisor. He stated they where having issues with the webpage and I could place my order now.   The order today shows 10.00 shipping. on top of the 4.25 handling charge.  

This is over a $6.50 pair of safety glasses and Getting charged a $4.25 handling fee, which on paypal invoice shows as Shipping and handling.  

I entered an online request and did not receive a call. 

  My recommendation. Stay Away from these People.

 I absolutely had no control over what they were doing. Which is why they are obviously shut down! SKIP WAS A RELATIVE OF THE OWNER NOT MY SUPERVISOR A WAREHOUSE WORKER AT BEST! I was the owners right hand while I had control orders were shipped immediately! I know who you are and you have bashed me all over for something you know nothing about. The purchasing was taken from me so that I DIDN'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AS IT CAME IN WHICH IS THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I had no way of explaining this to you with her office next door and being able to hear me. Please remove my name and replace it with Jill and Elzy Morrow. This was their fault not mine which was far to difficult to explain to an irate customer with the owner listening.

Our website had some technical difficulties.  This customer's order was not charged any shipping.  Unfortunately we cannot ship orders with errors like this so the customer's order was cancelled and refunded in full.  Yes, we charge $4.25 handling fee plus shipping which is clearly stated on the shopping cart, well before checking out.

Customer called us today to find out why we had cancelled order and became so irate and cussed and cussed and cussed at our customer service people.  When he was asked to stop, he refused.  We explained we did not even have his money any longer, he still wanted us to ship him his order without paying.  He called back multiple times and treated several employees horribly.  Just to get a pair of safety glasses for free.  

We do not do business ever with anyone that speaks to employees here like that.  So if you are the type to try and bully us into something for nothing, please shop elsewhere.  You are not allowed to abuse us like that and any customer that swears and name calls to our employees have their orders cancelled immediately as we will not profit off of that sort of treatment.

Again, this customer's money was 100% refunded prior to this incident.  He had no reason to call and treat anyone here as he did.  And now he's stalking us across the Internet to try and hurt our reputation.  My advice, stay away from this customer.
