As a businessman and a consumer, I can't imagine a more frustrating experience than what I had with ProScopeSystems, Inc. They provided me highly misleading claims of repair capability; a complete lack of regard for this customer in promptness in quoting, returning calls, or even shipping items back; Stuart Jackson's defensiveness-turned-to-aggression by him questioning my right to be frustrated with their lack of response, then falsely saying I don't have a Fed-Ex shipping number so he will ship (as slow) as he likes, and then threatening to sue and press charges if I contact the Better Business Bureau; all are in my opinion, highly egregious actions which I feel should be addressed by a consumer protection agency so no other individuals or companies have to endure what I experienced with ProScopeSystems. The cost to my business is much more than the $150+ in shipping charges, as I lost much good-will with my clients and their patients. No one else should have to suffer the same. Dr. Jekyll's should very wary of dealing with Mr. Stuart Jackson, as he talks a good game, but quickly turns into a Mr. Hyde. There are many reputable endoscope dealers out there, from my recent experience, it is safe to say Stuart Jackson is not one of them.

To Whom It May Concern:
Pro Scope Systems, only a few days ago, became aware of the false statements posted on RipOffReport.com by Dave F of Instrument Doctors.
Pro Scope Systems has never sold or repaired any equipment for Mr. F. In fact, Mr. F had boasted on several occasions what a large repair business that he had and stated that he only sent his scopes for repair to a select few companies who would actually perform these repairs. Mr. Finnerman stressed that he had not sent any of his scope for repair to Pro Scope Systems.
In April of 2009, he contacted us about performing an extremely difficult repair. Pro Scope Systems sent an estimate for this repair and also emphasized the turnaround time for this repair would be approximately 120 days. Mr. F was upset at the high price and the length of time it was going to take to complete the repair. We explained that this was a very difficult repair and the parts were expensive and it took a long time to acquire, due to circumstances beyond our control.
Mr. F declined the repair and his scope returned to him in a timely manner. Approximately two weeks later, Mr. F returned the same scope to us for repair, and we quoted him the same price and turnaround time.
Mr. F sent this same scope back to Pro Scope Systems two more times. After we quoted him the same price and turnaround time, he became extremely abusive towards my staff and myself. This time he demanded we return the same scope, which was done via Federal Express Ground. After the scope was sent, Mr. F decided that he wanted this scope to be sent at a higher cost to Pro Scope Systems, so he refused delivery, meaning the scope in question would be returned to Pro Scope Systems. Mr. F demanded we return this scope via Federal Express Overnight Service (at our expense) because we had cost him so much time in this entire process.
Why did Mr. Fi send us this particular scope for repair when he did such a large volume of repairs? And why did he continuosly send us the same scope for repair when he new the cost and turnaround time and make us ship it to him numerous times at our expense? The answer is simple, Pro Scope Systems went the extra yard to perform a repair that his usual repair companies either could not repair, or didn't want to repair, in attempt to try to appease Mr. F. Mr. F subsequently left threatening messages at our office. He also threatened to file complaints, with numerous consumer/internet forums, which included totally false and erroneous information about what actually transpired between Mr. F and Pro Scope Systems.
Let us reiterate that no money exchanged hands in this entire ordeal with Mr. F at Instrument Doctors.
In addition we would like to point out that Mr. F operates his business out of a P.O. Box and has made himself anonymous in this posting on this forum. We had to do a lot of investigating to find his address. If he was making truthful statements, why does he feel a need to hid his information in this forum?
