pro vapor starter kit /starter kit took my dbit card numbers said id get kit in mail and havent had any responce charged my debit card 11.90 and wont do anything but put me on hold and i just wanted to know where my kit is!!!

On december 31 an email came up that i could order a e cig pro vapor starter kit for only 9.99$ plus tax. i continued the process then they needed my credit debit card to fininsh order. which i provided. was excited because id just had a mild stroke and had to stop smoking.they verified that my card was accepted and my kit would be in the mail. here it is jan 10 th and got on line got the number to call and was put on hold.  hung up after a while and called back and again put on hold for 45 minutes.i begain to get suspicias and went on pro vapor site. thats when i realised  somthing big was wrong.  went to this site and found out the real answer. now these people charged my debit card.  how do i get my money returned??no one answer the calls and no responce from them.  so today i am fileing a scam  fraud report hoping to get some thing done!!!! linda perkins  (((redacted)))perrysburg ohio 43551  phone number  419 806 5729
