I was looking for a loan online that would help with my wedding and bring down some of my other high interest loan costs. I added my information to a referral website for loans that now gives my spam emails every day. I got an email right away from Proactive Lending Solutions after I signed up from this referral company. I called them and they explained the process. They asked for my id and pay stubs and bank information for direct deposit and sign and send the faxed information to them then send the interac email money transfer of $742.80 for the deposit and I will have the loan within 24 hours. I received no bank deposit within about 4 days, called them back and they said that the optional insurance mentioned in the contact needs to be payed up front it is mandatory now. I payed the requested amount of $850 for the 'standard' insurance through interac email transfer and I will get it back at the end of the loan. I received no bank deposit within 4 days and called them back. They said there was a problem with the insurance and the full insurance of $1250 needs to be paid the loan was rejected. I asked for another $1000 on the loan and they said I need to pay another $400 insurance for that. I sent them the extra $800 to pay the full insurance amount for an $8000 loan over 5 years. They said the loan was approved and will be in my account the next day. I waited another 4 days and received no bank deposit. I called them and she 'Tracey Forester' said that the check was in the mail they are having trouble with the direct deposit system.

It has been over a week since the $8000 was supposed to be deposited in my account and I have not gotten the check in the mail. I called them several times and left messages to cancel the agreement the contract has been breached I have not received any funds and to send the $2400 back the same way back to me immediately. No interac email transfer yet. Researched online and found a complaint about the company from someone else with the same problem that I didn't see before when I researched the company because this was a recent post. Also this company had an inviting web site when I was first researching an now the website is down. This is why I m reporting this now I need to get my money back I was needing money for my wedding coming up and for bills that are behind now because of this.
