Proactive Solutions despicable billing practices Internet

I canceled my proactive account last December and got another shipment from them with the note, PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY. Apparently, canceling account means just the credit card to proactive. They'll just send another package and a bill with it. So it's pay for the package or the shipping to return the package.

By the way, I canceled the credit card and moved last September. I got tracked down by proactive two months later by credit agency. I owed them for the package I never received. Well that partly my fault. So I called them to pay up and cancel my account. They canceled my long defunct credit card instead.

I find this ship first, hunt for payments after practice very despicable.
