Proactive Solutions Spoke with Michael, Manager, $1098.06 El Segundo California

I am 70 years old - I used to get packets from Proavtive all the time - I would toss it in the trash can not knowing what they are.  Anyways my daughter told me - Mom why are these packages coming here - so we kept one to get the information on it and called the Company. Then found out form them they were sending these to us and had charged my visa card $1098.06 - every bill from May 31, 2016 was being charged $142.70 each time.

I had no idea I was being charged.  So I called them - and they asked me to settle the dispute with my bank and they were not giving me back any money. If my daughter had not told me I would never have known they were taking money from my account - which I had never signed authorizing them to do anything.  Anyways this is a lot of money and I want my money back. I am retired with  heart and several other llnesses.  I am 70 years old and have been ripped off as a senior.
