Firm extorted fee's from my bank account for product, "Proactiv. solution", I called the firm's customer service number on several occassion, when I noticed deduction on my bank statement, no answer. I received the product an immediately returned. Product is for acne, I am 70 year old male, no acne,
I called on 08/14/2013 @ 10:05 AM spoke with Milanie at customer service advised her of problem, She transfered me to Susan fraud department, she took all information. Susan advised the company could do nothing in reiembusing my money, "that I would have to contact my bank to obtain a reverse" . I had previously contact my bank concerning the charges, the bank advised me I would have to contact the firm and the firm Proactiv solution to obtain a refund.
Susan at Proactiv solution was very un professional, rude and not helpful at all, concerning my refund.
