PROCESSATHOME / ANGEL STEVENS They took my money, will not grant my refund and "claim"to have lost my records even though i have proof!! Internet

I signed up with Process At Home on the 17th July,2008 at 05:46:56 (i have copies of all transactions made)after reading through all the infomation on their website quickly i realised that it was not what i was looking for so i emailed Angel Stevens at her PERSONAL 24/7 support email address for a refund.

NOTHING.
again,
NOTHING.

Then i emailed her AGAIN as this is the only email address given,although it states on her website that down the bottom of their pathetic sales letter that "their is an address for a no questions asked money back garantee"(EVEN THOUGH THEIR IS NOTHING,WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?.

NOTHING.

I then searched the web and found another email address for them and have written to them COUNTLESS TIMES over the past weeks asking to please process my refund.
Since then i have recived emails back from Daisy,Jennifer and another person who all have said they will process my refund as soon as i give them my order no,name,email address ect.

I have given ALL this infomation back at least three times now and even sent the "OrderInvoice/Receipt" to them to which they say thank you that will help them process my refund.

The next day they send another email saying first of all thank you,then can we have the Receipt,then have you always had the same email address as they have no record of it(EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND PROMOTIONAL CRAP TO THAT EXACT EMAIL ADDRESS)then they want my bank statement.
Now they are quite the scam artists and i will spread the word as they might write a convincing sales copy but if looked at carefully you can see all the flaws of a business to STAY AWAY FROM as well as all the rip-off reports,unsatisfied customers and infomation that Angel Stevens isnt even really her real name,why would you want to do that??UNLESS you have something to hide?
Poeple need to be warned of SCAMS like this who claim to be legit but are not,that take your money even hundreds of dollars and never return it.

BEWARE OF PROCESSATHOME/ANGEL STEVENS SCAM ARTISTS!DONT FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!!
