Processathome.com Ripoff and/or scam Internet

I signed up for a 'risk free' way to process rebates at home. A month later I am no closer to being able to process rebates at home. After I paid $197, I was sent only 2 'weekly lessons' that do nothing but tell you how to promote other scams. Also, there is more money required at every step of the way if you follow the 'lessons'. 'Angel' sends email links to a website for each weekly lesson. The links on the those web pages do not work and the phone number listed does not work. I have emailed over and over again for a refund and keep getting put off. So much for the 'risk free'. I just want my money back. I am unemployed and can't afford 'lessons' that do not work. All I wanted was an opportunity to make money at home. Also, I was sent a 'free bonus' that has cost me $89.95 more for 'Rebate Millionaire'.
