ProChrist Fraudulent billing and charging bank that details were never given to 1and1.co.uk Glasgow Internet

In 2010, the organisation took out a two-year domain name and the two years were paid in fullon a Santender account.

However, in 2012 October, an amount which equalled twice the amount paid originally was taken from another account details of which were not given to 1and 1 but was presumably gotten by fraudulent means. I contacted 1and1 who told me I needed to cancel my order. This was a process that never concluded so no cancellation could be initiated.

However, with having taken out a two year contract and paid fully upfront no other invoices should have been generated. Again in 2013 October, another installment was taken out of my account and when I called to say I did not raise an invoice they said it's because I had not cancelled. I tried and failed to cancel online.

Finally, I approached my Bank who refunded both the installemts to because I never authorised nor did I give 1and1.co.uk this account details. 

This 'bill' for 2012 and 2013 have now been passed as a debt to collectors.

How can I fight this fraudulent company 1and1.co.uk. I have checked the financial ombudsman but unfortunately they do not deal with internet providers.
