I am a banker in a small town. Several of our customers have reported having this company put payments onto their account. Recently a relative of mine had this happen to her. I set out to make things right for her. She is 83 years old and did not deserve something like this to happen to her. She came in and was very angry. She received a non-sufficient fund fee card in the mail from our main bank. I brought up her account and looked and sure enough this company had done an "automatic withdrawl" from her account for thirty-eight dollars. It's just thirty-eight dollars but that is still money that she did not authorize to be taken out of her account. I would suggest if you have an automatic withdrawl from your account taken out by this company, its clearly fraud. I was reported to by my branch manager that she was not the first customer it has happened to. I was shocked and angered. Not only to have something like that happen to a customer but to someone I was kin to. The name of the company is www.ProCustomerService.com When you call the number they tell people it's an identity theft protection service but it is indeed a fraud. Any company if they cash such a check would have a signature on their check. This did not. They made it out to be something from our bank but it wasn't either. So, in conclusion, do not trust it if you see a withdrawl from this company. Dispute it with your bank.
