I don't know if this affects orders through Amazon, but this McCormick satellite company looks like they're in trouble. I ordered a case of this mix from their website, using Paypal.
Three weeks go by, no shipment, no contact via email.
I emailed them from two different accounts to ask where my order is. No response.
I called the contact number 878-714-0082 from their website. Goes straight into voice mail at all hours of the day.
I called McCormick - they say it's not their problem.
Finally, I filed a PayPal claim to get my money back (I'd rather have the product).
I forwarded the PayPal claim notification to their email.
Bounced - that email address no longer exists.
If this is any indication of things, it's no wonder you can't find Produce Partners at the grocery store anymore.
This looks like a classic case of a good product, and lousy management.
