Brandon Oland who is the owner of the company Product Advance is selling poor quality e-mail lists and promises services and performance that are flawed.

I signed a contract to purchase an e-mail list of which was to send an e-mail with the company.  The Mr. Brandon Oland was very fast to get me to sign the contract and I asked a lot of questions before and after I signed it because I knew it was too good to be true.  He stated that the potential "open rate" and "click rate" would be a certain % range.  I wanted to make sure I would and debated numerous times the quality of these open and click rates he was giving me before and after I signed the contract.

Here is where the quality of the lists come into question and the tracking technology used to track "CLICKS".  Product Advance uses a technology to track "CLICKS" that is SEVERELY flawed.  I was told I would get about 200 to 1000 clicks depending on the "open rate" and the "click rate" and the size of the list that I purchased and that Brandon Oland mentioned.  I ended up getting 20 CLICKS as per the GOOGLE TRACKER ANALYTICS AND LOGAHOLIC ANALYTICS.  Product Advance claimed more than 190. His numbers and ours ARE WAY OFF.  We tested the flyer numerous times to prove that the links and tracker links embedded in the e-mail worked and STILL the company claims that their click rate is higher.

He claimed that Google Analytics was wrong.  I mean this is the the software used by a large percentage of businesses around the world!  I debated that I could understand a software have a flow but NOT by 90!!!!!!

I AM WARNING YOU THAT THIS COMPANY PROMISES A LOT AND WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING!!!!!  DO NOT USE PRODUCT ADVANCE!!!!

Foolish Customers...Understand How to Advertise

AUTHOR: Mkt123 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 25, 2011

This is the same customer writing a complaint on Product Advance from Scam Informer. If this customer actually had run an email campaign prior they would understand that nobody can promise any sort of results. Its advertising a way to get your name and brand out to public. I've run many many marketing campaigns in past never to expect a certain result. I don't understand why people like this blame a company for not getting specific results. Please use marketing as tool to get your name to a customer.
