While purchasing Turbo Jam is June, the sale rep, informed me that I will receive the support club free trial, with my order. After eight weeks, I see a charge on my account for over $38 to Beachbody. After calling to investigate, I was informed that its based on a 13 week support club access that I didn't cancel. I then explained that I didn't want the service,it was only access was within the first week after initial ordering of Turbo Jam.

After expressing my issues with charge for a service that has not been used, the company still refuses to refund the charge.

I've spoken with several reps, supervisors, and ordering verticification, all of which has been very rude and unable to make an decision on the own. I've expressed to them that no where on my order receipt does it state there will be a future charge, if the "complimentary" support club isn't cancelled, nor do the provide you with a direct cancellation number. However they do itemize the support club charge as $0.

This has been a very exhausting situation that has been nothing but an hassle. The company states, they're not required to send customers a invoice before billing them, nor are they required to place in writing future charges to a customers account. However listed on the website within FAQ's the company states, that the customer will receive a invoice of all charges.

I paid in full for Turbo Jam, to avoid any further billings and hassle, but that's all I've received since.
