Production Media Company This company will take your money and not deliver what they promise Portland Oregon

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! They cold called me just before Christmas 2013 asking if I wanted my business ad to be included in a San Francisco Century 21 realty office, in the free folders they give out to their clients for $395. Being an interior designer, it seemed like a great opportunity. 

They called back a few days later saying they had a larger spot available for $355 more. When I told them it was a little out of my budget, they said, "We'll run the ad for two years instead of one and we'll split your payment in two. You can pay half now ($177.50) and the other half in 60 days." Sounded like a good deal at the time. I even went back and forth with their "art department" on what my ad would look like.

Now it's April and I have seen nothing other than the money taken from my account. ($700 total) Tim Mishler refuses to return my phone calls, even though I have left several messages asking for a refund. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and have disputed the charges with my banks.

The most unnerving thing about this is, I paid the initial fee with my business credit card. The second installment of $177.50 was taken from my business checking account. I never gave them authorization to use that and I don't even know how they got the number.

I don't know how this place can still be operating since it's clearly a scam. In retrospect I wish I would've researched this company before agreeing to pay for it. I'll certainly be not inclined to do anymore advertising with people that cold call.

Shame on them for taking advantage of small businesses!
