Professional debt mediation inc PDM PDM Jacksonville Florida

 I've made multiple attempt to PDM in Jacksonville Florida to negotiate a debt from an apartment complex that I moved out of. I closed on a house in November 25, 2014 and provided a 30 day notice to the apartment complex in October 2014. My lease was up on 11/30/2014 and my last day as a tenant was 11/26/2014. Therefore I was not responsible for the December 2014 rent. However, the apartment complex charged me for December 2014 rent and has since then applied it to my credit. PDM is now the collection agency However their management and collection representatives are rude and unprofessional. I have been hung up on and belittled by each collection representative and management that I've spoken to. No one wanted to explain the debt and was not willing to negotiate. The only reason I planned to negotiate is because I'm willing to just clear up the matter since no one wants to assist. I have disputed the charge and have contacted he apartment management who's been changed 3 times since I have vacated the property. PDM and their representatives are very unprofessional and rude. No one deserves to be treated the way that they treat people. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding this incident as well.
