Professional Fitness Poor Work Ethic and No Shows Raleigh North Carolina

The place is a rip off. I went through multiple trainers during my 3 months. During my sessions, my original trainer would text or talk to his wife. He was very nice and did a good job training. However, he just stopped showing up.

In the contract, it states that if we do not show up for a set number of sessions, we loose our contract but still have to pay. If the trainers do not show up, we (the consumer) have to ask another trainer to make up that session for that day. I realize that everyone's time is important but we are the ones paying for the service. So I did exactly what the contract stated. I worked with the "manager" at the gym. I had to do this three times.

I called every number I could possibly get a hold of. I even had my trainers personal cell phone number and he hit the ignore switch. Eventually, my "replacement" couldn't do it any more and stopped training me. I tried 2 other gyms. One gym was so busy I couldn't get an appointment unless it was at 1pm. This entire time, I have been calling and trying to find someone to help. I did not get any phone calls or any assistance. In fact, this month a trainer for my original gym called and said "He is picking up those who were ignored or forgotten." That is coming from an employee.

I did report them to the BBB and to Channel 5 on your side. Even now, Professional Fitness said they were trying to resolve the issue. However, I have called twice and she has called once in a 24 hour period. But this is to be expected...this was my problem to begin with. Unprofessional people who will not return phone calls. Yes my account is delinquent because their trainers stopped showing up. I was even when I tried I was told it was my fault for the trainer not showing up. Do your self a favor and run when any of their trainers approach you.
