Professional Kids Entertainment Threatening Email from Owner, Performers Arrived 2 1/2 Hours Late, Refused Little Boy Spiderman Face Paint Franklin Square, New York

Let me start off by saying I would never respond to such ludicrous allegations but when it is attacking my character publicly, I take such matters very seriously.

Let's start with the facts; I posted a legitimate review of this company (Professional Kids Entertainment aka bookyourkidsparty.com or clowns.com) because I hired them on Friday July 1, 2011 (see attached email as proof) and was very disappointed with the outcome. The reason I contracted this company in the first place was because a friend's girlfriend, Anna, worked for this company so I requested her to be at the party (also within my contract). However, Anna did not work the event because she was never told about the request to begin with.

The review I left on Yelp.com is as follows and is a true description of events:

"I hired this company to perform at my godson's birthday party. They arrived two and a half hours late, asked for full payment up front, then left early. 
During the performance the male clown flirted with some older girls at the party and made them balloon animals first (and not the cildren). He should have been concentrating on the children. As for the female clown, she made a kid cry when she would not paint his face like Spiderman. Two children later, low and behold, she paints a different boy as Spiderman! (this boy she refused to paint as spider man was african american I like to belive that this was not a racist motive but i will never know for sure)"

After this review was posted, I received a radical threatening message in response from the owner of Professional Kids Entertainment. 
Here is the message in full:

"George B. has sent you a message on Yelp:
'this is a fake review....this is what you do, you go around writing fake reviews, your a f*cking p*ssy.......you think your going to get ahead in life by lying and writing fake reviews...your a F*CKING loser, you should committ suicide and end your pathetic life..loser...your whole family thinks your a loser....'"

Subsequently, this "George B" also posted this statement on Ripoff Report:

"After tracking this person down, which was not easy, I called my Abraham and said why would you post a fake review. It does not event make sense that you own your own kids company and hired me? 
He hung up the phone. 

What "George B" does not reveal is that he called me in an argumentative manner using very similar language to the message he left on Yelp. This calls as filled childish motives and profanity. I am a professional and don't have time for any games or cursing on the phone. I responded by telling him that if he wanted to talk like a human being then he can give me another call and I hung up the phone.

This man "George B". whose real name is Adolf, appears to be a charlatan. Unlike a professional handling company criticism with a solution and/ or perhaps an apology he rudely became aggressive. His comments should be held liable and I will be taking swift legal action against this person if need be.

I have included a copy of the contact, emails and pictures from the event to prove my accounts are true and 100% correct. Please note that I have included pictures of his entertainers from his website to confirm their identity in the still framed pictures from the party. 
For full disclosure, I was asked to invest in a kid's company long after I contracted this company. I agreed because if this unethical company such as this is doing business and is successful there is a definite need in the market to better serve the community.

This person posted a phony review on Yelp and I tried multiple times to contact him.

His profile name doesnot match any of our clients. 

Moreover, we run a very tight ship and pride myself and my entire staff on our level of professionalism. If any of our entertainers arrived 2 1/2 hours late, I would know who this client was and I would know in detail the circumstances behind such a delay in service.

Moreover, I would have offered the event at no cost, this is the type of business we run.

I offered a full cash refund if he would reveal who he is. He never did and never will because this person must be a competitor. Is this how low you have to stoop?
