I moved into this house that was abanonded (they didnt tell me) for over a year, the pipes burst the first day we moved in and turned the water on and flooded the entire upstairs. Yard was over grown 3+ foot grass (moved from out of state) did a walk through with owner and told property manager that the hosue was overgrown, there were dead bugs and animals everywhere, the pool was filled with beer cans. Told them if I clean this I will be returing the house without professional care. They agreed. up stairs was an unpermitted addition it leaked, ceiling fell in and my childrens room, severe mold issues. house was at 2408 HEM LOCK ST NORFOLK VA 23513 they told me I needed to climb on the roof daily and clean the gutters because of the pine tree. Electric bills over $1000 monthly due to inefficent AC. When I moved out I had the rugs and floors cleaned, they wrote that my dog's feces ruined the floor, I told them to DNA the floor because my dog never once deficated or urinated in the house, they refused and then just pretended like they didnt claim. They falsified reciepts, I called the vendors to the "Supposed needed fixes," and they said htey never made those reciepts. They said they bought a new stove but didn't buy a new stove they pocked all of my money. They then took all of my pet deposit $600 even though I did nothing to the house and there was  ZERO pet damange. I have written testimony about Cynthia Anne Hawk White and her illegal doings and horrific practices. She is a dirty dealer. She refused to reply back to my emails, she refused to answer her calls, she was reported to everyone in the state and deleted all of her pages. She should be in jail!
