Professional Rentals Manager is 100% worldwide vacation rental scam. My scam took place in Key West Florida. I believe they are hacking into legitimate sites like VRBO retrieving the inquiries and answering them with properties available. I responded. Was advised to wire $1440.00 to the United Kingdom because they alleged they were from the UK and the owner of the property also was from the UK. The person I delt with was Dianne L Summer Managing Director. I have stayed in Key West many times and used VRBO often. I did not put two and two together until it was too late and my money was gone. The reservation is for the fall so I can rebook but I am out the money.  The address I was given after payment was 921 Fleming Steet and they provide pictures of the property. I should have known better. This property exist but the pictures aren't of 921 Fleming Strret and it was not rented to me.  I talked to the neighbor at 923 Fleming and the Key West Assessor. I have been had.  Needless to say the e-mails from Dianne L Summer have stopped. They have my money and are gone. I requested a refund of the $1440 more as a joke than really expecting an answer.  If you go on their site they have properties advertised all over the world. I suspect everyone of them are bogus. There is no phone number and after checking there address is Barclays Bank of the United Kingdom.  On their website they post this: Our company can be verified by going to the companies house website (www.companieshouse.gov.uk/) and entering the company's registration number: 01651820 at FIND COMPANY INFORMATION. That registration number is for a different company. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. The first rule of thumb is never wire money if you don't know the other party. I am writing this report in the hopes of helping innocent victims. 22
