I am a former employee of Proficio Mortgage Ventures. I can tell you truthfully that the company is owned and ran by snakes who only want your money and do not care about you as a customer. The first thing they do when you close a loan with them is bundle it and sell it to another bank.

This company screwed me out of a lot of money and they will screw you out of your money as well. It is common practice to hide fees off of the first truth in lending form and then add them to the last one so the customer will not notice. This company is filled with people who want to tack on extra money for their own greed.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this chop shop to make the biggest purchase of your life. Instead use a trusted bank or credit union. Proficio takes like 5 months to close a loan because they have to make sure they meet the criteria so that they can sell it away as soon as you close. You have been warned!
