PROFILENETWORK.NET DATINGSITEBUILDER.COM Purchased 200,000 dating profiles for $150 and recieved NOTHING! Belmont & San Jose, California

January 30th, 2012 - I had purchased 200,000 profiles from http://www.profilenetwork.net based upon their advertised promise to deliver.  I spent $150 and to this day, I have not received any download links.  The only time they responded to the emails I had sent was after I filed a PayPal dispute on February 3rd, 2012.

They claimed they had emailed the download link, but AT&T mail has no record of any email being sent and suggested I file a ticket at http://www.live-help.com to resolve the matter.  To express my willingness to be reasonable and work with this company, I created an account at the website they provided and created a ticket in hopes my issue would be resolved.  All they have done is feign ignorance and use 'delay' tactics with me to further my aggravation over a simple download link which you all will see below in the support ticket exchange between me and their "support".

The issue is Ihave not received any download links or access codes as per suggested in the PayPal resolution center; and the only time I received a responseregarding the matter is when I filed a complaint with the PayPal center. Please remit the necessary information so this can be a complete transaction of services.

Sirs, I did not purchase a website account nor am I going to create one when I have an existing account with vldPersonals and my own domain, I purchased 200k profiles to -download-; I should be able to do this without creating a website account. Please provide the DOWNLOAD link to the 200,000 men/women profiles that I paid for.

My final attempt, because I have not received a response on this "24/7" support website regarding the issue with supplying a 'download' link for what I purchased, I have escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim. On 2012-02-06 08:45:21, I received a response from "Admin" that the profiles were ready and a link would be sent for me to download. It is now half passed the 17th hour a day later and I still have no download link. If I am provided a WORKING DOWNLOAD LINK, I will drop the PayPal claim.

As everyone can see, I have been extremely patient for what I had purchased and the span of time that goes by waiting for a inadequate response is extremely ridiculous.  It is deceptive, misleading, unethical, unprofessional and criminal to take payment and not render a service as promised.  I will gladly withdraw this report if they did right by me, but it doesn't look there is any evidence of that happening any time soon.
