Profit Advantage - Eric Point-employee Of Profit Advantage Loses Paperwork and Mails it back to himself a month Later!! Omaha Nebraska

Shysty Company, very bad for business!! This company handles all the back end paperwork for employees of small Omaha businesses. They were supposed to start my paperwork for short term disability after my accident however when I sent the paperwork to them they MYSTERIOUSLY misplaced the paperwork then all of a sudden when I brought it to their attention that I havent received my copies of the paperwork (or any money) they claimed to have not received it.

Oh but what do you know...two days later, all of a sudden the paperwork appears in their office re-mailed to themselves out of their own zip code!!!! They lied and tried to say they never received it, wouldn't even let me come to their office to help them look for the paperwork!! This company has way too much workload on their hands. VERY SMALL company with not enough sense to handle their own tasks.

So after all this, I had to contact ALL of my doctors AGAIN! Have them resign all my paperwork AGAIN to re-submit. And guess what, I still havent received 1 week of the pay I was supposed to receive!! All because they MYSTERIOUSLY lost my paperwork! Then they tried to blame the paperwork on me!! Trying to say that I didnt turn it in the requested documents when they were the ones who personally sent a driver to obtain the paperwork! Now they are trying to say that they DONT send delivery drivers to obtain paperwork! Tell me how this works??? Then who did I give the paperwork to and how did it all of a sudden appear in their office?? Stay away from this company. If you are a small business looking to have a company handle all your claims, keep looking, this is not the company for you!! Unless you like grief and drama (and not getting the money that is owed to you) find another company!!!
