 DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR YOUR CAR.

These people are flat out crooks.  Had my car towed to this shop because the tow truck said "they're good and they'll pay you're deductible".  It was an 8 day job according to the insurance company.  At the end of 1 week I called and they said it would be another week and a half.  I was annoyed but I sighed and accepted it.

After 2 and a half weeks I called and spoke to Ken and Ronnie.  I asked for the status of my car, and they said it's not ready because the parts are on back order.  I asked them when they placed the order for the parts, and they said "today".  I was upset.  This is when they started making up lies.  

They said it was because I had a small car, it needed special tools.  I asked them if they knew it was a small car 2.5 weeks ago.  At this point I was irate because they were lying to me and had my car.  I asked them if they actually knew how to fix my car because they are only ordering parts after 2.5 weeks.  Then they said they don't like how I'm talking to them and they are "seizing" the vehicle.  I asked "what does that mean" and Ronnie replied that I need to call the police to get my car back!

I then called the tow truck guy and he called profix and said "they're just upset because of the way you talked to them, nobody's going to rip you off"

Then I let my wife talk to them because I was so furious.  Every day she would call them, and every day they would say the car would be ready by 5pm, but of course it was not.

Finally, after almost a full month (yes, a month for an 8 day job), they had the car ready.  There was apparently a lot of damage to the underbody, so I asked to see the replaced parts on a hoist.  They refused, of course.  They also failed to repair a TPMS sensor that was damaged in the collision, but I didn't care.

When I paid them, then they said I owe them the deductible that they had previously agreed to waive!  

In total, it was perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had.  DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR YOUR CAR.
