I unfortunately also bought from Proflower.com. I was informed that I agreed to a discount and when agreeing to this discount that if I did not cancel within 14 days, it would auto draft from my account.
I have never used this service or even know what they are billing me for. Unfortunately it appears in your bank statement looking like a REAL credit monitoring service which I was paying for and unfortunately mixed the two up. After 1 year my wife asked, who is easy saver? It wasn't the credit monitoring company I used or even sounded like them. I called that company and they said, the were not easy saver, and bill using an exact company name.
I immediately notified BOA and blocked everything from this company and have agreed with BOA to file fraud charges against easy saver for fraudulent activity and stealing my money. BOA was able to reverse two months, but nothing more.
I called EASY SAVER today, and they stated the above. I replied to them, I had not agreed to their service or them to ever auto draft out of my account. I wanted the last 12 months of reciepts I can show they stole from me returned immediately. They replied they could return 2 months, I stated, NO I did not give them permission to ever use my account. They and proflowers fraudulently setup a scam and I wanted 12 months returned or I would be joining a class action lawsuit against them. She offered then 3 months. I restated my intent to join the class action lawsuit. She then said they would be calling me back.
My intent is as stated to work with Bank of America for fraudulent activity on their part by accessing my account and stealing money from me without permission. They knowly setup an online scam that people wanting to by flowers turning that around into a rip off scam.
Like 340427 I will also be contacting the GA attorney general to notify them of this SCAM, but also the F.B.I. for internet fraud. Taking someones CC info and then using it steal more money is outright theft and they should all goto jail.

#1 UPDATE Employee
I'm an employee of ProFlowers, and I am hoping to help clear up what happened
AUTHOR: Margaret From Proflowers - (U.S.A.)

As an employee of ProFlowers, I thought I would take the opportunity to try to clarify our Easy Saver program and the enrollment process. After a customer makes a purchase on our site, we offer them the opportunity to sign up with Easy Saver Rewards, a partner program which offers our customers a multitude of discounts and services. As an incentive to try the program, we offer customers a $15 gift code which can be used on our site.
In order to sign up for the program and receive the coupon, the customer needs to enter their email address and zip code to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions. Within the terms directly to the left of the "accept" button are clearly stated, both the enrollment process and the charge of the program. We always encourage our customers to provide feedback on making this process clearer as our goals are not to have customers entered in a program that they do not wish to be in. Cancelling is very simple; customers can call 1-800-355-1837 if they no longer wish to be part of the service.
I'm very sorry if you confused the charge from Easy Saver with the charge from your credit monitering service. This was clearly not something that ProFlowers or Easy Saver intended to happen nor is it something that they could have predicted.
ProFlowers takes our customers and their concerns very seriously. We hope that customers reading this email will understand that we are not acting in the malicious manner implied by this post. Nothing involved this transaction was illegal nor did ProFlowers in any way intend to make you feel as if you had been scammed. This seems to be a misunderstanding and we at ProFlowers want to do everything in our power to help you, and provide you with the exceptional customer service you expect when dealing with ProFlowers.
Thank you.
