was trying to download a program to get mp3 player music. It sent me to where you enter in the credit card information I filled it out and tried to correct the amount on the page and it would not let me. It charged for the wrong product and when I tried to call customer support that is supposed to be 24/7 they were not in the office. I do not want the program because it doesnt work on my computer and I am not happy with the way they handle customers.
