Programmall DRD Software Paid $70.80 for 3 year unlimited VIP Access and support and got nothing but a download that doesn't work Internet

 I was having issues wth spyware on my computor.  So I found Spybot on a website that offered Spybot with a 3 year VIP Access and support, a download accelerator and an Upgrade Protection program.
    
 I paid $70.80 for the deluxe plan.  I received a Spybot download through my e-mail. I then loaded it as instructed.  Before it can be used you have to upgrade it first.  When doing the upgrade I got a error message: Error retrieving update info File.  I have tried several times and kept getting the same error.

 I went through the proper procedures by contacting them (Programmall).  After nine attempts and nine unanswered repair tickets, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge.  My card company credited the money back.  Then I get a letter from my card company that DRD Software was giving the money back.

All DRD Software did was supply them with their disclosure.  All it said was, I received the the software via email.  And if I had issues, I should call the help desk at Programmall or email them.  There is no phone number published anywhere, nor have they yet to answer any of my nine complaints.

 Simply just an internet rip off!!
