Progressive Auto Relocation Joe WARNING!!! Dont give into a shady sales pitch, make your own calls because you DONT NEED A BROKER!! miami, Florida

   I went online too get a few quotes on the cost of transporting my car from Oregon to Florida. I ended up getting harassed day in and day out from a million trucking companies.! I finally decided too work with Progressive Auto Transport because the rep seemed like he would take care of things and since this was such a huge move I trusted that he would make sure
this would be a easy process.

I had to be in Florida before my car would be delivered and Progressive said that the driver had 7 to 10 days to deliver it. I
called Progressive on the eighth day too find out if everything was on schedule (I was using a rental car and didnt want to pay for extra days) when I called Greg he said that he didnt know and that I should call the driver myself. When I called the driver he informed me that he was in a wreck and that my car was on the top of his truck and it fell off, and my car was totaled. I didnt hear anything about the accident until THREE DAYS AFTER the wreck and thats only because I called them too make sure my car would be delivered on time! The owner (Joe) and broker (Greg) took $200 out of my bank account the SAME day as the wreck! Once they got their money they turned their back on me and ignored my calls and emails, but
they did let me know I wouldnt receive any reimbursement from them. I have been stuck trying to talk with the driver who has a thick Russian accent and has been extremely hard too understand. I called Greg a few times on his cell phone but he wasnt responding so I called the toll free number and talked with the owner Joe. I explained how frustrated I was and needed help getting information from the driver and he told me that Greg had the holiday weekend off and that He didnt have to give me his personal phone The only reason he even gave me his number was because he wanted to make
a sale! Instead of helping me out the he just argued with me and told me I had to wait until Monday! I had to wait 3 days too find out what happened to our car when all he had too do was pick up the phone and call the driver himself!! I was stuck paying rentals fees that whole time while they enjoyed there vacation!

   I have been talking to the driver for 47 days now and I keep getting the same answer My insurance is taking care of things and you will be reimbursed he refused to give me any information about his insurance company so I havent been able to contact anyone and I had already called numerous times to talk with Greg but wasnt getting any response. I ended up
having to talk with the owner again and he let me know that they're only the brokers and that they already did their job! I asked him why he wasnt helping me out with this because he was the one that hired this guy and I think that he should be taking care of this for me. Instead of feeling any compassion for my situation he became irate and told me that He didnt have to help me out if he didnt want too I asked him to put himself in my position and he told me that accidents happen and there isn't anything he could do about it! Then he had the nerve to hang up on me and when I called back I told him he was extremely unprofessional he told me that He is the owner and he can say, and do whatever he wants I also was
told that not only did I have to pay his broker fees but Dennis expected payment to drop off my TOTALLED car, and when I asked what I was going to do with a totaled car he said What is Dennis going to do with it, stick it in his backyard!

   I finally received a call from his insurance company and she let me know that the driver just let her know about the accident and she has been trying to get a hold of him but he wasnt responding to her calls or emails! Ive been
sitting here for over a month and the man JUST gave her the information and now I have to wait for him to call her back to let her know where my car is so she can file and complete the claim. I am extremely compassionate and I really felt bad for the guy because there were other cars involved and he lost his truck as well, but now that I know that he wasnt taking care of things and he kept lying too me about the situation I really have no sympathy for him! I am not only out ($900) rental fees that wont be reimbursed because his insurance doesnt cover that. Im also out $150 the driver got from my friend when he picked up my car.. I had packed some clothes in the backseat of the car because Greg said its okay as long as it
wasnt over a 100 pd (I was NEVER told that there would be a charge) when the driver asked for the money my friend gave it too him because he thought I knew about it and just forgot. I called Greg that night and asked him why he asked for more money and he told me not to call the driver and not to talk to him about it until he deleivered my car (very shady) he said I need to call him when the driver dropped it off and let him talk to him at that time. When I asked for my money back from Progressive they told me that $200 was for their brokers fee! Im out $1250 PLUS a TOTALED CAR!!

   I understand that this was an accident and that it was unfortunate but they way Ive been treated is by far the most upsetting thing about my situation. I was lied too, cheated out of my money, and disrepeted by a company that shows zero
lack of compassion for there customers. I have two kids and I have no friends or family here so Its been a struggle dealing with people that have been so rude too me that I feel stongly that Progressive auto Relocation should not be in business. Dont fall for the sales pitch because this company will say anything too get your business but once your in a situation they WONT be there for you! Dont make the same mistake I did because this could happen too you!
