This scam "company" regularly calls requsting to speak to a particular department head like housekeeping, maintenance, business office, etc., and tells the staff about all the great publications that they provide. The caller asks for the individual's name and then a few days later a subscription invoice addressed to that individual appears in the mail even though nothing was ever authorized.
