Progressive Business/Progressive Business Publication Misleading-First month free-Never said we had to cancel in order to go to collections for something never ordered. Malvern PA

I received a phone call I think in May regarding a pulication for accounts payable for a free month. I said sure I can read it over for a month and if I want t subscribe to it I will contact you. So now its November and I get a call from some collection agency stating that my company owes 299.00 for the publication that I never ordered. She told me I had to check off some box that stated unsubscribe to opt out. I told her to hang on and that I will have her talk to my controller. I was gone for 30 seconds and she hung up.
