Progressive Tax Group -Grace Cheng Never hear from them and they took my money SanFrancisco, California

In May 2008, I spoke to a man named Josh Kahn I told him that I have working with the IRS to minimize my 13,000.00 debt @ 700.00 amoth and with the interest Im not getting anywhere near paid down to zero. He asured me that the could help to alliminate most of that debt  elliminate the interest and there would be no liens placed on my property and that what ever settlement they work out with the IRS would be lessend in fines and penalties and interet, and that there would be time to pay off the settlement with the IRS.   Now phone call after phone call I have placed to Progressive Tax. Only to find out that Grace Cheng took over my case and has never called me back I call @ least one a week andnow here we are 2 years later nothing Im sure that the IRS is really going to sock It to me now  P>S> now I have a lien placed on my house.Im sure interested in a class action lawsuit against this company and also feel we are all intitled to punitive damages as well (@ IRS INTEREST RATES)
