progressive Former employee; has no compassion towards ppl who have migraines/cysts/LIES/deceives..does whatever it takes for their mistakes mayfield heights ohio

I "trained" with progressive and got accepted in the mayfield heights location... i had to opt out as i had discovered a cyst in my nose causing migraines as i tried to work two jobs at a time but couldnt' with migraines happening more because of this...i was going to work two jobs for two weeks; hence my two week notice...i told them i would re-apply in the future...i got accepted to a position where there were only 200 employee's in that position (live chat); out of 30,000 ppl...trainers literally told you that you are there because you are beyond smart and each of you has this position where over 1000 others were declined.

I asked about future classes to give proper two weeks...they didn't have any and told me to re-apply

i re-applied...forgot my old username so made up a new one in AUGUST of 2020

come august of 2020 i re-applied....passed all their tests, AGAIN....passed their virtual interview test- AGAIN...went to a live trainer test....failed it...the trainer was ODDDDDD...i would give him GREATTTTTTTTTTT answers and he would be like, "okay"....for a sales position? acting like a MUTE lol?...sounded biased...the trainer blamed me 100% for the interviewing going over an hour long...despite the act on EVERY SINGLE SOLID single question he had to tell me, "please wait while i finish typing"

i go over how odd the interview is with a lady....how it felt biased...they asked about me previously working there....felt like opting out to a cyst and medical issues shouldn't be something that bad to look at

anyways.... i got told re-apply in six months..... i re-applied to an at home position as the main office was stated to be in columbus but u can live anywhere in ohio....passed their initial test...then took their interview virtually recorded-then got told...oh OOOPPS...we made a mistake...you're supposed to wait 24 monthts to re-apply we can't accept this lol...what??? i told them you stated in august of 2020 to wait 6 months...now it changes to 24 months? and u just accidentally let me take the test...accidentally let me virtually interview then u noticed it? sound much like the right person heard about me applying and they're using something to keep me away?

then i also get told..."craig i see you have multiple profiles, did you apply on the other one"...NOOO that's a complete and utter LIE... i had another profile YEARS ago but it was combined in august...sound much like they are using that as the excuse as how i just happened to get through as far as i did?

they have NO compassion...they contradict myself...i even talked to a recruiter about how horrible my interview person was in august and how i would give a great answer and that interviewer would just say, "okay" she told me they aren't to interject in a positive way....YETTTTTTTTT when i originally got accepted...my interviewer would tell me she's never heard such great answers in her life..

literally get on their wrong side...they have certain ppl that watch for you and will put a block on you ever getting a "fair chance" they will tell you that you can reapply in 6 months...then six months later they tell you nope it's 24 months .in 24months i'd probably apply then it would be 3 years

im seriously thinking of a discrimination lawsuit against this company...at my current job i work on for a company on behalf of MANYYYY contract companies...im the #1 employee in the ENTIRE nation at it..... i could literally do any job almost they have...and do it better than 80% of their reps if not more

this is absurd.....this company reminds me why i believe in honesty...it's said there's no need to be dishonest because in being dishonest you will need to make many other lies to cover your tracks i've just ran into contradiction after contradiction with this company anymore

they went from a 4.3 rating on indeed to 3.7....i think i see why... they have no morals, just bias's and contradictions..
