Project Child Support Kai Patterson Mislead to believe I would get any of the back child support I am owed in the state of California. Montvale New Jersey

To Whom It May Concern: 

Project Child Support contacted several attorneys to provide legal services for Ms. Carlson's case, after providing the investigative services needed to enforce the collection of her arrears, once an enforcement order was obtained.  We undertook the case without knowing 3 attorneys had been retained by Ms. Carlson, and dropped the case.

Ms. Carlson was unaware that we contacted 14 attorneys to provide legal representation for her, within her jurisdiction.  We were finally able to have a law firm review her case, and they determined that her case was unenforceable, and required a subsequent action, which Ms. Carlson has represented in her recent update that she would take.

Project Child Support can only enforce cases that are enforceable undert the laws within a parent’s jurisdiction, and we will provide subsequent services once Ms. Carlson takes the necessary actions recommended by the attorney we acquired for her.

Ms. Carlson was requested this report be removed, stated she requested it be removed, however Ripoff Report’s policy is to not remove any reports that are posted.

Project Child Support contacted an attorney and found out the arrears in my case are not enforceable at this time so before project child support can provide services to enforce the payment for my arrears i must obtain an order that requires a specific payment amount for arrears to be determined. To reduce the cost of legal fees I have elected to obtain the order on my own and have Project Child Support provide services to enforce the payment once the new order is obtained and violated. i apoligize for any misunderstandinding as i incorrectly stated A&E was the television station my case would be profiled and at this time my case is uninforceable until i obtain a new order.

I was contacted by Kai Patterson recently and told he would find and hire an attorney to represent me and pay the retainer fee. He is going to fly me out to New Jersey to start a reality show on A&E and he wants me to star in his show to share my story and if anyone of his clients deserved this help that I did for having to go through this for so long. I was trying to go after my ex-husband for back child support and alimoney arreas that are owed to myself and my son since I signed on with Project Child Support in October 2010. Kai has worked tirlesly to build this business to help change the child support system and how the custodial support collection process works being that he had a single mother that had to work her whole life and raise a son with no help from his dead beat father that did not pay a dime in child support. This is his passion and he is devoted to make the changes to make the lives better for the custodial parents that try so hard to scrape to make ends meet in order to raise their children. I would like to remove my complaint against Kai patterson and the Custodial Support Foundation because he has proven to me how trust worthy he is and devoted to his passion to this cause!
