Project4Hire.com Freelancer Did Not Complete Job and Company Has Not Responded to My Emails , Internet

I signed up with Project4hire.com to have a website created.  I selected a freelancer with 10 stars and was told that the site could be completed in 30 days.  We worked out a fair payment schedule and the freelancer proceeded.  The project did not take 30 days, nor did it take 60 days.  It is now 6 months and I am not sure when this will complete or if it will ever complete.

The freelancer has so angered another service buyer that he has posted messages in the forum that he had been ripped off, and in a step that shows his utter frustration, has created a website with the name of the freelancer so that anyone who decided to check on the freelancer's reputation, would not get ripped off.  Unfortunate for me, the website was not there at the time that I placed my order.

In addition to not getting my website completed.  I have also contacted support, asking an unrelated question, and they have not responded to my four emails, and it has been two weeks since I sent the first letter.  The company does not care about you in any way, and does not know anything about the meaning of the word support.

I recommend that you go to Elance or O'Desk to get your work done.  Abdoulaye Sangare, the website's owner, only cares about getting his commission fees.  My research shows that freelancers often don't get paid, and buyers don't get projects completed.  Caveat Emptor!
