Www.projectorquest.com , Global Tradequest Projector Quest - Total Rip Off Bad Communication Webster New York

We recently ordered with Projectorquest.com and was told the item was on backorder for 3 weeks. They told us to respond to the email if we wanted to cancel due to the long backorder. We responded to the email stating to please cancel because we needed the projector bulb ASAP as we did not have tv. We followed their procedure and responded to the email a little while later received the ups cancellation notice. All WAS good.

Then, a few weeks later we receive a UPS ship notification and we immediately responded that this had been cancelled. A few days later we receive the package anyway. We emailed several times with no response that this item had been cancelled and they had charged us 170 dollars after we had already paid another company 190 (they actually carry the stock). So we ship the item back and dispute our credit card only to receive a partial credit from Global tradequest. We then had to redispute the remaining amount. This has taken so much time to get our money back and countless hours disputing and calling people.

They have horrible customer service and bad communication and are dishonest with their consumers.
