#1 Consumer Suggestion

Their "Terms of Use" DOES give you "warning."

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 05, 2011

Here's an excerpt from their "Terms of Service" page:

"Trial Period. You will have 15 days from the date of shipment to try the ProLash 3-Step System. Your order will ship by mail through the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). Your shipment should arrive within 3 to 5 days. Accordingly, this should provide you around 10 to 12 days to try the product. The Trial period ends 15 days from the shipment date. If you are not satisfied after trying the product, you must follow the instructions below to return the unused portion of the 60-day trial supply to avoid further charges. The lash extender is yours to keep.

Returning Your Unused Portion of the 60-Day Trial Supply. If you do not take affirmative action to cancel the Club membership before the end of the Trial period and return the remaining unused portion of your trial supply (the lash extender is yours to keep) in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy, (a) your credit or debit card will be automatically charged $119.32 for the ProLash 3-Step System, and; (b) you will continue to be a member of the Club. Click here to cancel your membership and get return instructions or call Customer Service at 1-866-851-2501. You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs to return the unused portion of the trial product"

I'd guess that would be an o-o-o-p-s.

Please note the instructions (I italicized them) for returning product and cancelling membership....you're welcome.

You need to use these instructions to cancel your membership BEFORE you get billed again.
