Prolast, Castel, Dpass, Mazuma obtained my credit card details fraudulently and used it to charge me for 4 items totalling $123.36 Prolast Limited, Cyprus Internet

Hello.A few weeks ago I made a very small online purchase for about $2.92 for a one of download.The site was a secure site so I assumed it was perfectly safe as I have been buying items online for many years now and never had any problems.

Well it seems that the file I paid $2.92 for was just a scam to get my credit card details because as soon as I had given them my details and clicked on proceed to download my file I was directed to another website where it stated that I needed to sign up for service that I did not want.

So I decided that this did not look like a very trust worthy site and did not proceed any further.Thinking that I was ok as I did not sign up for anything,but the next day I got several emails from Prolast thanking me for my purchases.

So I called up my bank and explained things to them and had my visa card cancelled so they could not charge me for anything else.According to my Bank they tried to put another 4 charges through after the card had been cancelled.

My bank said it looks like another internet fraud outfit and would look into it,but doubt very much that they would be able to do very much.

I have sent the Prolast company several emails about the charges to my visa without my permission but have had no reply
