I received nothing from the BBB that states that the complaint is invalid. Please back up your claims!
On the contrary, the complaint record shows that the BBB tried to contact Prolight Aesthetics several times but the company was unresponsive.
Specifically, the BBB contacted Ms. Page at Prolight Aesthetics International on July 23, 2013 and August 2, 2013 and August 6, 2013. The record shows that Prolight Aesthetics ignored the Better Business Bureau.
Ms. Page claims that the BBB ruled the complaint invalid. Please post evidence of your claims!
