Proline Wraps Gave deposit, 5-months past and still not Wrap Service! (Stay away) Canoga Park California

I went to this company to wrap my van. Initially all the reviews looked positive, everything checked out ok, so I signed up with them gave them the $750 deposit to get the job started. Then slowly I started noticing a pattern. They kept coming back with excuses, they are busy, and they are going out of town every week. They are not feeling well, bla bla etc. And the folks I am referring too are Brad and Kimberly. So in order for them to keep a ‘happy customer’ you know what they did -? So they get a quick image from google and slapped it on the VAN image I had provided and they replied back with email telling me we are working on it. First of all that image was nowhere close to what we had discussed and it completely aggravated me even further when they said sorry we are still busy we'll get back to you later.

And by now it has been 3-months and here I am patiently waiting. So at this point I decided to put the image together myself so I can help these guys to see exactly what I want on the VAN to be wrapped.  So I put a complete image set together for the VAN (Front/back and both sides) and I sent them the full artwork. All they had to do was re-draw using my design with a higher resolution and we would be done!  But instead they kept delaying it more and more. It's like pulling teeth when dealing with these guys. My only mistake was that I didn't have detailed writing agreement on the paper. So next time IF YOU DO fall in their hands please do yourself a favor and get everything written on the paper and signed!   Don't fall in the trap with all the positive reviews they have put together on Yelp.  So now the question is how do I get that Deposit back!

Deposit given 07/29/2016  - 11/04/2016 (still no final work).

And I do have all the Emails as evidence to prove it!

PS!  And the best part I contacted another company who is willing to put everything on a paper and guarantees to have everything done within 1-month tops!
