Ordered a formal prom dress online-a standard size. It arrived much larger. Attempted to promptly return and was HR back with numerous emails from the company demanding photos and my daughters measurements. Several service agents chimed in and none would connect with me a manager despite my numerous requests. They refused to take the dress back blaming me for the fact that it didn't fit. Service was horrible and now we are stuck with a $155 dress that we can't use.
