I ordered a dress from promhope.com and it was promised by March 8th. My daughters prom is on March 14th. They never gave me any shipping information or responded to my emails. My daughter now does not have a dress and I am out $193. I do not make a lot of money so this really hurts. It is her senior prom and she is so disappointed as am I. Is it too much to ask the company just to do what they promised?
If you are considering ordering a prom dress do not order from PROMHOPE.COM they are nothing but a scam. I am just trying to help others from being scammed. I can not imagine if you had ordered a wedding dress and it did not come. They do not care though. Your important life event does not matter to them.
