The owner of www.promotional.co.nz had money owing to them by a company. They chased the owner of the company who had been making payments for what he owed but then went broke. When Design A Gift realised they couldn't get any more money out of him, they decided to attempt to sue the man's part time receptionist instead knowing full well that the receptionist did not owe him anything and was only a part time employee who signed for the goods on behalf of the company. He not only knew she didn't owe him the money but told her he didn't care and he was going to get the money however he needed to and put her through H*LL for a two years trying to get the money out of her.

After two years of harrassment from this guy they took her to court and two court sessions later (including an appeal) - 2 different judges ruled in her (the receptionists) favor. It was ruled that she was not legally liable for her employers debt. The owners Andre and Patricia Schenk had no integrity at all in trying to extort funds from someone they know is not liable so beware of doing business with www.promotional.co.nz Andre Schenk or Design A Gift Limited !!!
